Alejandro Berti

Alejandro Berti is a distinguished NYC-based musician, trumpet player, producer, and composer. Drawing on over 15 years of experience in NYC's dynamic music scene, Alejandro has become a prominent and influential figure in the industry.



Alejandro honed his craft studying jazz and classical music at Florida International University, The New School, and Manhattan School of Music, all on prestigious scholarships. His musical expertise is evident in his performances and compositions, and his skill earned him a semi-finalist spot in the esteemed Thelonious Monk Jazz competition, highlighting his exceptional improvisational and technical abilities.



Alejandro has had the privilege of performing with renowned artists such as Pedro Giraudo’s Big Band, Ed Palermo Big Band, Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, Venezuelan Jazz Collective, Dafnis Prieto Big Band, Charli Persip and the Supersound Big Band, Camila Mesa’s Band, Gilberto Santa Rosa Salsa Orchestra, Oscar D'Leon, Chelsea Symphony Orchestra, and the Miami Symphony Orchestra. 



As an arranger, Alejandro was nominated for a Latin Grammy for his work on Yordano's 2019 album "Despues de todo." His experience also includes arranging and recording for HBO and Netflix productions. 



In addition to his performance career, Alejandro is passionate about teaching. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with students aged 3 to 16, as well as adults, developing personalized teaching methods tailored to each student's personality, interests, and abilities. Alejandro is dedicated to mentoring and guiding his students, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience.
